Michael P. Walters
Michael P. Walters is a North Carolina businessman who was appointed to a seat in the North Carolina Senate in 2009 to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Sen. David F. Weinstein (a fellow Democrat). Walters represents Senate District 13, including Robeson and Hoke counties.
